Thank you for visiting Natural Foot Health and taking the time to read our story. More than a decade ago I started my business as a running coach and slowly transitioned to selling shoes and foot products that I believe work to help people overcome foot problems and related knee, hip and back pain.

My interest in natural foot health began from my own journey with crooked toes, which led me to discover Correct Toes toe spacers and the world of barefoot running. I was inspired by Dr Ray McClanahan, the inventor of Correct Toes, and highly recommend this product to realign the feet. I have used this product for a number of years and am blown away by the difference they have made to my running and the reduction I have had in running-related injuries. 

I personally embraced barefoot running because it allows me to be more in tune with my body and my natural running style. This desire to feel more connected led me to explore minimalist and barefoot footwear. After years of research, customer feedback and personal experimenting I now sell what I believe are the best barefoot shoes and natural foot products available in Australia. 

I am excited to see that the demand for high-quality footwear that respects the natural foot shape is growing, as more and more people realise the damage being caused by conventional shoes.
