SHIPPING POLICY
We offer two Auspost shipping options within Australia:
Signature on Delivery
Unfortunately postal theft in Australia is on the rise so we provide customers an opportunity to require a signature on delivery of their order. We recommend you add this additional $5 service to shipping costs in your order.
Delivery Times
Shipments leave our Sunshine Coast warehouse Monday-Friday (except public holidays). We try to ship products on the same or the next day as your order is placed. If you do not receive an "Order Shipped" email within 5 days, please email us.
Delivery times will depend on your location. However generally speaking we find that delivery times for products sent within Australia will vary between 1 to 5 working days from the day you receive the “Order Shipped” message with your tracking number.
PRE-ORDER
Where an item is available for pre-order it means it is not currently in stock, however we can place your order with an estimated shipping time of 2-3 weeks.
Shoe Box
Shoes will NOT be sent in a box to reduce shipping costs. All shoe boxes will be donated to a local charity organisation or child care centre. If you prefer to receive the shoe box with your order it will be an additional $10. Please choose the shoe box option here.
International Orders
Unfortunately we are unable to take international orders at this time.
- Express Post Shipping - $15 for all orders

Returns and Exchange POLICY
Regrettably, we are unable to cover the costs for return shipping. To ensure a smooth experience, we encourage you to reach out via email if you have any doubts regarding sizing. Our comprehensive size guides are available here for your reference.
Should you decide to exchange an item, kindly note that the responsibility for postage costs back to us rests with the customer.

For your convenience, some customers choose to buy two sizes of a product and only return a single item, thereby only covering the postage cost for that item.
We accept returns or exchanges for all products within 45 days of purchase, provided they remain unworn and show no signs of wear and tear. It's important to note that any items not meeting these criteria will be returned to your address, and your refund/exchange will not be processed.
When requesting a different size, kindly ensure all items are accompanied by their original packaging, labels, and tags. Regrettably, we cannot accept items that have been damaged or used by the customer.
CORRECT TOES 30 DAY GUARANTEE
For our Correct Toes products, we extend a 30-day hassle-free return policy, along with a 90-day materials warranty in the event of splitting or breakage during use. Even if used or modified, Correct Toes may be returned within 30 days.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the case of defective products, those returned within 45 days of the original purchase date are eligible for a full refund or replacement. To expedite the process, please send an email along with photos.
Our shoes are literally walking out the door! This means on the odd occasion we may not have your chosen size in stock. If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible, always within 72 hours. Delivery in this case will depend on the brand as outlined above. We understand if you want to cancel your order and obtain a refund, but we hope you can stick with us as we increase our local stock.
