Out of Stock Policy
If we do not have your size in stock you may choose to Pre-Order with us. In this instance the product will be shipped to you directly from the international manufacturer and delivery times will vary according to the brand and may incur an international shipping fee.
Our shoes are literally walking out the door! This means on the odd occasion we may not have your chosen size in stock. If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible, always within 72 hours. Delivery in this case will depend on the brand as outlined above. We understand if you want to cancel your order and obtain a refund, but we hope you can stick with us as we increase our local stock.
- Ahinsa - delivery from Czech Republic 3 to 7 days if shoe is in stock or 6-8 weeks for custom orders not in stock
- Be Lenka - delivery from Slovakia 14 to 21 days
- Correct Toes - delivery from USA 14 to 21 days (standard post)
- Lems - delivery from USA 14 to 21 days (standard post)
- Splay Athletics - delivery from Australia (Queensland) 3 to 7 days (standard post) or 1 to 3 days (express post)
- Summer Sandals - delivery from Hungary 4 to 6 weeks
- Topo Athletic - delivery from Australia (Queensland) 7 to 10 days

We offer two Auspost shipping options within Australia:
Delivery Times
Shipments leave our Sunshine Coast warehouse Monday-Friday (except public holidays). We try to ship products on the same or the next day as your order is placed. If you do not receive an "Order Shipped" email within 5 days, please email us.
Delivery times will depend on your location. However generally speaking we find that delivery times for products sent within Australia will vary between 1 to 5 working days from the day you receive the “Order Shipped” message with your tracking number.
Shoe Box
Shoes will NOT be sent in a box to reduce shipping costs. All shoe boxes will be donated to a local charity organisation or child care centre. If you prefer to receive the shoe box with your order it will be an additional $10. Please choose the shoe box option here.
Signature on Delivery
Unfortunately postal theft in Australia is on the rise so we provide customers an opportunity to require a signature on delivery of their order. We recommend you add this additional $5 service to shipping costs in your order.
International Orders
Unfortunately we are unable to take international orders at this time.
- Express Post Shipping - $15 for all orders
- Regular Shipping - $10 for all orders

Unfortunately we are not able to pay for return shipping costs, so we encourage you to contact us by email if you are unsure about sizing. Size guides can be found here.
If you are exchanging an item it is the customer's responsibility to cover postage costs back to us, as well as provide a paid return satchel of your choice.
SHOES
Some customers choose to purchase two sizes of a product and pay the postage cost to return a single item only. If you need help with sizing please contact contact us by email.
All products that are unworn without any visible wear and tear can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. If your item does not meet these standards we will ship your package back to your address and not process your refund/exchange.
If a different size is required all items must be accompanied by the original packaging, labels and tags. We are unable to accept any items that have been damaged or used by the customer.
CORRECT TOES
We offer a 30-day-no-worries return policy, with a 90-day materials warranty, if they split or break during use. You may also return Correct Toes within 30 days, even if they have been used or modified.
